- A poster is only included if the box cover says "Poster Included" below our logo.
- In 2023, our 1000 piece to 275 piece boxes downsized from 10" x 14" x 2.38" to 8.25" x 11.25" x 2.0" and a depth of 3.75" for the 2000 piece. However, until all retailers and our warehouse have completely sold out, there will be a mix of box sizes. Please check for this detail if that matters to you.
- Pre-2018 we did not include posters with our puzzles. The pre-2018 box frame colour is beige as opposed to green, blue, or red/rust.
- Modular boxes that are a "square-ish" size of 7.5" x 8.0" x 2.5" do not include posters.
- There have been no changes to the Floor and Tray Puzzles.
At Cobble Hill, we believe in being upfront about how our images are created. If you see this "AI Transparency" tab, it means AI technology played a role in the artwork.
Here’s what that means:
- This tab appears on any product page where we're aware that AI was used, whether the art is licensed or created in-house.
- If AI assisted our in-house team, the artist will be listed as Cobble Hill Digital (vs. Cobble Hill Creations for non-AI images).
- Puzzle boxes will note: “This image was produced with the assistance of AI.” Older designs will include this upon reprints.
- If AI played a specific role, like generating backgrounds or assisting with composition, we’ll mention it in the product description. We never prompt AI with an artist’s name or style.
While we explore new tools, our passion remains discovering and supporting artists. We’ll continue introducing fresh talent to puzzles, just as we have with Shelley Davies, Diane Dempsey, Dave Whamond, and many more.
We respect all perspectives on AI and welcome your feedback. Thank you for puzzling with us!
