The fish in this cartoon scene certainly would like to believe it's always "Throwback Thursday" but we have a feeling that they'll outsmart all the fishers anyway. These fish are having a better time than the humans holding the fishing poles. If you're looking at this Doodletown: Gone Fishing 1000 piece cartoon puzzle, then we suggest you snatch it up because with all the fun antics to discover, it's definitely a catch.

OOPS

Wrote earlier that my puzzle was missing two pieces. I was able to locate the missing pieces. But I have no idea how they traveled to where I found them. Sorry Cobble Hill my bad. I'll try to do better next time.

No worries, it happens far more often than puzzlers would believe. They can attach to clothing (like sleeves) from leaning over, and then fall off in other rooms. A puzzler once found her piece in a flower pot on the window sill! We're just happy that the escapees returned! Thank you, we think you're doing great.

Missing pieces

Puzzle was missing two pieces. I have a dedicated puzzle table so in the past I've never lost a piece, and I've done quite a few. Two pieces were missing and one I guess from a different puzzle was in the box. So if you have two extra pieces and one missing on your puzzle, I probably have it. Expected more form a puzzle that was more expensive than others on the store shelf.

Fun, makes you think, and passes the time!

I love DoodleTown puzzles as they add an interesting take on everyday life. The pieces are cut in an unusual manner that make it difficult, but fun finding where they go.

What a fun puzzle to put together! The picture is really humorous with all the different characters, and not difficult to put together.

Gone Fishing was one of my favorite Doodletown puzzles.

It's nice to do the fun, relaxing, high quality puzzles like Gone Fishing in the Doodletown series after working hard on difficult puzzles. The random cuts aren't wild cuts, the pieces fit perfectly, and the linen finish is easy on the eyes. Well, I'm off to scoop up another one...or two...
