  • A poster is only included if the box cover says "Poster Included" below our logo.
  • In 2023, our 1000 piece to 275 piece boxes downsized from 10" x 14" x 2.38" to 8.25" x 11.25" x 2.0" and a depth of 3.75" for the 2000 piece. However, until all retailers and our warehouse have completely sold out, there will be a mix of box sizes. Please check for this detail if that matters to you.
  • Pre-2018 we did not include posters with our puzzles. The pre-2018 box frame colour is beige as opposed to green, blue, or red/rust.
  • Modular boxes that are a "square-ish" size of 7.5" x 8.0" x 2.5" do not include posters.
  • There have been no changes to the Floor and Tray Puzzles.

Never buy another Cobble Hill puzzle

I have purchased several Cobble Hill puzzles, two of which I "completed" only to have peices missing. I am presently working on the third and I am willing to bet that there are missing pieces in this one too. I will never buy another Cobble Hill puzzle.

BAD!!!

It has taken me nearly two weeks to get this puzzle and found out that I have 4 unfinished pieces and 3 unrequired pieces!!! BAD!!! Seems like another puzzle has 3 squares missing --- hope it is not one of my others that I have yet to do! The puzzle is very flat, so nothing is out of place. Trying to send you a photo but do have one if you need to see!

Hi Pauline. We're very sorry for this experience, but we would love to help out. From the small portion that we're seeing, we believe this is solvable. There are a couple of pieces that look like they would fit better in a different spot. For instance, there is one piece on its side and it should be placed vertically - it has red in it and is just above the silver bucket. An enjoyable puzzle. Nicely shaped pieces that fit wonderfully. Cute image. Decent challenge.
