  • A poster is only included if the box cover says "Poster Included" below our logo.
  • In 2023, our 1000 piece to 275 piece boxes downsized from 10" x 14" x 2.38" to 8.25" x 11.25" x 2.0" and a depth of 3.75" for the 2000 piece. However, until all retailers and our warehouse have completely sold out, there will be a mix of box sizes. Please check for this detail if that matters to you.
  • Pre-2018 we did not include posters with our puzzles. The pre-2018 box frame colour is beige as opposed to green, blue, or red/rust.
  • Modular boxes that are a "square-ish" size of 7.5" x 8.0" x 2.5" do not include posters.
  • There have been no changes to the Floor and Tray Puzzles.

I am very unhappy that you do not include the full size poster with the 1000 piece puzzles. You should disclose that on the outside of the box if it is NOT the full size instead of “poster included”. I’ve bought many puzzles from your company but I may not buy from you again. I have an aging parent that loves your puzzles but her eyesight has diminished even with glasses. The smaller poster makes it harder for her to see what piece is needed.

We're not 100% sure that we understand what you're saying, but we're so sorry that it's upset you. It looks like you bought item 40268, which does include a reference poster and the size of it is noted on the side of the box. All the puzzles that we sell on our webiste starting with a '4' in the item code number include a 14in x 10in reference poster. They used to be 9in x 12in but when we shrunk our box size, we enlarge the puzzle poster and folded. We apologize if that's not what you were expecting. Hopefully, your mother will enjoy the puzzles that you purchased. Thank you.
