Colors of puzzle pieces are a bit off compared to poster provided. Poster is a bit brighter making it difficult to match pieces.

Tea Cups

This puzzle's poster and cover does not have the same color tea cups as the pieces and it becomes frustrating to try and find pieces. Write cups are actually tan and brown.

Hi Temma, We're so sorry that the colours appear 'off' from the box and poster. Please feel free to send us a photo and we can determine if it's a defect. We'd like to mention that from our experience, puzzles that have objects that appear 'white' are often shades of brown or grey, which isn't as apparent when it's in one solid image. But when the image gets broken up into 1000 small pieces, the shading becomes much more noticeable. This is particularly true for this puzzle, even more on the left side, as the lighting affects the shading of the teacups that look white to our eyes as a whole object, but are actually a ligther tint of brown as you mentioned. Teacups has been a best seller since 2010, so we hope that you'll find the love for it when it's completely finished. Thank you so much.

I would have liked a thank you note in the box since it was first time ordering directly from the company. The box it arrived in did not have company logo which would have been nice. I don’t think it was wrapped with much care.

Teacup Therapy

Awesome collection of fabulous teacups wherein we took a mini-vacation. This puzzle is well-cut and was a pleasure to complete.
