Política de reembolso
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. We do not offer shipping labels, so the cost of freight is your responsibility for the return of any items. (Exceptions will be made if it's our error).
IMPORTANT:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and sealed in its original packaging.
- We only accept returns / exchanges made directly from the Cobble Hill website.
- You must get a Return Merchandize Authorization # (RMA#) from us before returning.
- For returns by your choice, and not a company error, the return cost for freight is the customer's responsibility - we do not have return labels.
- If you purchased a product from our retailer or received a puzzle as a gift, please inquire with the place of purchase for their return / exchange policy.
To start a return, you can contact us using the form or email (without spaces) info @ cobblehillpuzzles.com. After we approve the return, we will give you the RMA# to include on your return package so we know where to apply the refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. You can use the General Inquiries form in the Contact Us section to reach us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange the puzzle within 30 days of purchase, so long as it is in the same condition as we shipped it. We do not offer shipping labels. You pay the freight to return, we'll pay the freight to reship. If you want to exchange, then send the puzzles back with the RMA# we give to you. Include a note in the return box with the names or item codes of the puzzle(s) for which you're exchanging. Then, email us that the package is on the way. Once we receive the package, our team will process the exchange order and you'll receive an email that your package is on the way!
Refunds
Refunds are applied after we receive the return and inspect the product(s). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have shipped the product back to us, we recommend sharing your tracking number with us so our warehouse can expect the puzzle and process the return quicker. We also recommend taking a photo of your puzzle box (front and back) prior to it being shipped, in case you need to prove its condition before it gets transported back to our warehouse.
