Advanced closure notice: Our United States warehouse will be closed for inventory from Wednesday, May 7 - Thursday, May 8 (carry over into Friday if necessary). All orders will begin processing (barring unforeseen circumstances) no later than Monday, May 12th. 

Regular notice: Our warehouse ships Monday to Friday . We are closed on major Canadian holidays. 

Free shipping over $99 includes the contiguous states only. We are hoping to soon ship full time from our new Michigan warehouse so we can offer better rates to the great states of AK and HI via USPS services. Currently, most US orders still ship from our Ontario warehouse, unless we get a US PO Box address. 

We do not ship outside of the United States and Canada. Please see our international stores/partners to order in your country.

The warehouse tries to process orders to be picked up from the carrier within 1 to 5 business days. It often only takes a day or two, but can be longer during busier seasons or just after holidays. When you order from our website, you will get a tracking number. The email may end up in your spam box, so please check it and track the package. If a package is returned to us because you were not available to receive it, we reserve the right to charge to reship.

Please note that if you receive an order confirmation with an off brand email address, we recommend contacting your bank immediately as you may have ordered from a fake website posing as Cobble Hill. See our BEWARE notice at the top of this website.
